COMPLEX SUPPORT SYSTEMS FOR THE ACCEPTANCE OF INNOVATIVE DECISIONS IN ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION

Complex systems for substantiation of innovative ecological solutions to reduce man-made impact on the environment were studied. Ways increase environmental safety basis sustainable development through a well-founded complex selection are proposed. Based method analysis hierarchies (MAI), methodical approach determining priority solutions. The developed makes it possible involve experts in environmental, urban planning, social, and economic direction municipal management bodies specific settlement, industrial, residential, military facilities. According approach, criteria formulated as influencing groups factors. Relevant experts, relying various types information purpose solutions, give their own judgments regarding advantages specified criteria. Expert processed according formal procedure MAI, which is implemented computer, decision-making when choosing conditions. hierarchical structure represented by sequence actions that include following stages: elements approach; verification consistency proposed technologies based input data several objects settlements; obtaining implementation these objects. should possibility link single algorithm justification required decision differ both content form presentation.
